JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a customer-oriented support and sales representative to help Bixpy owners with product support and warranty claims. This includes individuals and online stores. To excel at this position, you must have a passion for the outdoors, have a great understanding of personal watercraft, be mechanically inclined (or be willing to learn) and love helping people and have a thick skin for handling customer problems.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• STRONG organizational and analytical skills
• Strong computer skills (Excel, CRM, E-commerce platforms, Google Drive Apps)
• Proven customer service and support experience or experience
• Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Ability to work with little to no supervision
• Driver's license and car required (car expenses will be covered)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage/answer incoming phone calls, email, text messages and social media inquiries
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and close sales
• Handle customer support needs, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; and follow up to ensure resolution
• Maintain customer records of sales and service
• Close sales for both individual and reseller accounts
• Process service and repair requests (intake, diagnose, coordinate with technician to queue the repairs, bill, and complete request).

REQUIREMENTS AND PREFERENCE:

• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
• 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is required
• College Degree is required
• Driver's license and car is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
