Bitumar possde et exploite deux usines Montral, QC. La socit possde galement des usines Baltimore, MD, via sa filiale Bitumar USA, en Gorgie soit Bitumar (Georgia) Inc. et Hamilton, ON soit Canadian Asphalt Industries. Bitumar stablit comme le chef de file en matire de distribution de bitume dans le Nord-Est amricain. Overview Founded in 1977, Bitumar Inc. is a privately owned company specializing in the production of liquid bitumen used in asphalt blends for road paving as well as for the roofing industry. Bitumar owns and operates two plants in Montreal, QC. The company also has plants in Baltimore, MD, through its subsidiary Bitumar USA, Inc., in Georgia under Bitumar (Georgia) Inc. and in Hamilton, ON under Canadian Asphalt Industries. Bitumar is establishing itself as the leader in bitumen distribution in the Northeastern United States. For this, Bitumar has entered into major agreements to expand the storage of its product and occupies terminals in Rhode Island, Maine and Connecticut.
