Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in Baltimore, MD. The Operator is responsible for operating equipment and machinery to produce and process liquid bitumen according to quality and safety standards. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring equipment performance, performing quality checks, conducting routine maintenance, and following operational procedures. Additional responsibilities include ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols, promptly addressing any issues or malfunctions, and collaborating with team members to maintain an efficient production environment.

- Experience operating equipment and machinery in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in an industrial or production environment
- Ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues
- Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Flexibility to work in an on-site position located in Baltimore, Maryland
- Previous experience in bitumen production or a related field is an asset
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is an advantage
