Integrated Behavioral Health Care Manager Lead opportunity in beautiful Hamilton, Montana!!Bitterroot Health is seeking candidates to fill an integrated behavioral health (IBH) care manager lead position. IBH care managers are professionals (licensed or unlicensed) who work closely with primary care providers (PCP) in a primary care clinic setting to support, promote, manage, coordinate, and advocate for the mental and physical health of those patients assigned to their caseload. An IBH care manager is a crucial member of the collaborative care team, which includes the patient’s PCP, a psychiatric consultant, and the patient’s larger primary care team. The IBH Care Manager Lead will be responsible for assisting the primary care management team in the development, optimization, and ongoing refinement of the IBH program at Bitterroot Health. Minimum Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in psychology, social work, public health, or some field related to behavioral healthLicensure or licensure candidate preferred, but not required (e.g. LCSW, LCPC, LAC, LMFT)Experience: 1 year of professional experience in a related field, requiredExperience with screening for common mental health and/or substance abuse disorders, preferredWorking knowledge of differential diagnosis of common mental health and/or substance abuse disorders, preferredExperience with assessment and treatment planning for common mental health and/or substance use disorders, preferredWorking knowledge of evidence-based psychosocial treatments and brief behavioral interventions for common mental health disorders, preferredBasic knowledge of psychopharmacology for common mental health disorders, preferredExperience with evidence-based counseling techniques, preferredSchedule: Full-time, 40 hours/weekBenefits: This position is eligible for the full benefit package
