About Us:

Procedures You'll Work On:
- Stainless Steel Crowns
- White fillings
- Pulpotomies
- Extractions on primary teeth
- Crown and bridge on adults
- Implant restorations
- Anterior RCT
- Some adult extractions
Requirements:
- General or Pediatric Dentist licensure in the state on WI
- We'll assist with relicensing if needed!
Schedule:
- Monday: 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm
- Tuesday: 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm
- Wednesday: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (Summer hours: 8:00 am to 3:30 pm)
- Thursday: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (Summer hours: 8:00 am to 3:30 pm)
Pay:
- Relocation Bonus (negotiable)
- $700-1000 guaranteed daily rate based on experience
- 30-35% of collections based on experience
