JOB DESCRIPTION
- Prepares bank reconciliations, sales tax submissions, and other related functions.
- Maintains rent rolls for all assigned properties.
- Work alongside Property Management in billing and collections of tenant’s rents.
- Prepares adjustments and journal entries.
- Prepares and maintains accurate and timely financial statements.
- Prepares monthly, quarterly, annual reports to lenders.
- Assists in preparation of reconciliations, budgets, and research projects.
- Ad-hoc projects as needed.

- Yardi Voyager Accounting Software (preferred)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting a must.
- 5 years of experience
- South Florida candidates only
- Must have willingness to work and learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Must have an aptitude for reading and understanding legal documents.
- Must have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
