Required Skills:

• 3-6 years of estimating experience in construction
• Prior experience with Estimation Software required.
• Proficient in Model, Estimate and Track(MET) preconstruction process.
• proficient at all estimating tools – Dashboard, tracking log, cost model, estimate, RFI logs, clarifications, etc
• Assist in developing Level 1 Estimators

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed construction estimating for projects, considering materials, labor, and equipment costs.
• Collaborate with project managers and contractors to ensure accurate pricing and cost control.
• Utilize premium skills like Bluebeam and HeavyBid for precise estimations.
• Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure competitive pricing.
• Manage contracts and project timelines effectively to meet deadlines.
