We are seeking a passionate Content Creator to join our team and help us share the story of our restaurant and the diverse flavors of Asian cuisine with the world. As our Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing engaging and informative content for our social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. You will play a crucial role in building and nurturing our online community, interacting with followers, and creating content that educates, entertains, and inspires.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in creative brainstorming relating to photography, editorial and community management schedules
• Work collaboratively with the marketing team and incubated brands on posts
• Develop creative content ideas and concepts that align with our restaurant's mission and brand identity.
• Produce high-quality photo and video content showcasing our dishes, culinary techniques, and cultural influences.
• Write engaging captions and stories that capture the essence of our food and spark curiosity among our followers.
• Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and friendly manner.
• Meet weekly production quota.
• Collaborate with our culinary team to create behind-the-scenes content that highlights the passion and craftsmanship behind each dish.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing and content creation.
• Monitor the performance of our social media content and use analytics to optimize future content strategies.
• Cultivate relationships with influencers, food bloggers, and other content creators to expand our reach and amplify our message.
• Capture, edit, schedule, archive, and publish photos, film and editorial content across Bites AK Bar’s suite (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) of platforms.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects while building a library of assets for the brand.
• Flexible to travel to various locations as required by the job.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for food and culture, with a deep appreciation for Asian cuisine.
• Strong storytelling skills and the ability to articulate the intricacies of Asian flavors, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
• Proficiency in photography and videography, with experience using editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro, and video editing software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting engaging and compelling content.
• A creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box to create original and memorable content.
• Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization is preferred.
• Knowledge of social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to drive content strategy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to capture live events and special promotions.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
