Bismarck Public Schools is accepting applications from certified elementary teachers for our elementary summer school program, Camp Edventure.
The program will be for students entering 1 st through 5 th grade. The session starts on May 29 and ends on June 28 with hours from 7:45 am to 1:00 pm each day.
Teachers who teach the full 4.5 weeks will be compensated for 20 hours of preparation time and 4 - 8 hours of training time. Teachers who teach less than 4.5 weeks will receive pro-rated compensation for preparation time and 4 - 8 hours of training time.

These hours will be paid at $30.62 per hour.
All new CampEd teachers are expected to attend a full-day training. Training will be held on Tuesday, May 28th.
Teachers with previous CampEd experience are expected to attend a ½ day training. Training will be held on Tuesday, May 28th.
Qualifications:
A valid ND Teaching Certificate in Elementary Education required.
Salary is determined by placement on the 2023-24 Teacher Salary Schedule. External candidates may bring in up to 15 years of teaching experience.
