Role Summary:
Join our team as a Shuttle Driver for Bishop's Lodge, serving the needs of the business, our guests, and our colleagues by ensuring safe transport for guests and team members around the property, into town, and beyond. Completing Lodge Guide duties when not actively shuttling.

Core Responsibilities:
Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done! Within the Auberge family, our people always find new ways to look after the business, their guests, and their teammates. Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:

• Greet guests immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome. Remain calm and attentive, especially during heavy hotel activity.

• Shuttle guests into town and back as needed.

• Shuttle team members from parking lot to BOH area

• Retrieve guest items from cars, busses, vans and carts. Transport guest items onto a bell cart to transport items throughout the hotel to designated rooms.

• Read and match luggage tags, write claim tickets and detach portion to give to guest

• Organize and store luggage as necessary in a designated area.

• Escort guests to accommodations, complete their room Orientation with them.

• Listen and respond to guest inquiries using a positive, clear speaking voice.

• Answer questions and offer assistance giving accurate information regarding outlet hours, other hotel services, directions to local attractions or function rooms, car rentals, airline shuttle service, etc.

• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor such as assisting as door person or Valet when necessary.

Skills and Abilities:

• Great communication skills

• Confidence and ability to perform under pressure

• Valid driver’s license

• Experience as a Bellman or Shuttle Driver for a hotel
