We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced CNC Operator.

Bishop Fixture, an industry leader in the custom manufacture of store fixtures worldwide, is seeking an experienced CNC Operator to add to our talented workforce. As a woodworking machinist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines to create high-quality products.

Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
  • Ensure that machines are running properly and producing high-quality work
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of woodworking principles and techniques
  • Experience with CNC machines
  • Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of how to read/use a tape measure, micrometer/caliper
  • Proficient math skills
  • Have the ability to lift 50# or more frequently
  • Some knowledge of computers

This position would be Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm. Bishop offers Life, STD/LTD, Health, Dental and Vision insurance, 401(k)/Roth, vacation/holiday pay and more.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
