Job Summary

The Lifestyle Enrichment Supervisor/Activities Supervisor for McAuley Terrace Independent Living is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and developing a diversified Activities program that will meet the physical, mental, psychosocial and spiritual needs of the residents.

Essential Job Specific Duties/Responsibilities

• Coordinates and develops monthly calendars, ensuring activities are available 7 days per week.
• Participates in group activities as well as one-on-one visits with residents.
• Completes documentation on resident activities in accordance with federal, state and facility guidelines.

We are looking for a candidate that has the following:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in social or recreational programs for seniors.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
