Biscuits & Bath is the leading full service dog care provider in New York City with 18 locations and growing! We are looking for front desk Supervisors to join our team.

As a Supervisor at Biscuits & Bath, you play a crucial role in overseeing the care of dogs at a location while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional client experiences. Your role involves managing day-to-day operational tasks and addressing client concerns efficiently. This role demands a high level of discretion and independent judgment as you manage and guide a team of associates

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise dog care services across all offerings, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
• Effectively communicate pertinent information to clients and management, fostering strong relationships and trust.
• Resolve client issues promptly and courteously, striving for same-day resolution to ensure client satisfaction.
• Ensure strict adherence to special care instructions for each dog, prioritizing their well-being and comfort.
• Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, taking appropriate action to ensure the safety of all dogs and associates.
• Maintain accurate records of client and dog information, utilizing modern tools and systems for efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for additional services that enhance the value proposition for clients, contributing to business growth.
• Provide leadership and training to associates, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.25 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
