Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Assist in Child Development: Work alongside the lead teacher to deliver a top-notch development program tailored to each classroom.
- Ensure Safety & Well-being: Keep our kids safe, happy, and healthy by maintaining routines and hygiene.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Background in childcare or as a mother/auntie is essential.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively with staff, children, and parents.
- Team Spirit: A collaborative mindset and willingness to support your colleagues.
- Child Development Knowledge: Understanding the needs and development stages of young children.
- Certifications: MUST have current TB Test & CPR/First Aid certification.
- Reliability: Punctuality and consistent attendance are a must.
Additional Details:
- Compensation: $10.00-$22.00 per hour
- Pay is based solely on the Oklahoma Professional Ladder for Childcare Professionals (college coursework, credentials, CDA, etc.).
- Preferred PDL status, CDA credential, or Master Teacher Certification.
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7am-4pm or 9am-6pm (with a 1-hour lunch break)
- Background Check: Must pass a full background check.
- Start Date: TBD
