Independence of Action: Must be able to work independently with minimal direction and contribute to decisions as a part of a collaborative team. This position does not supervise other personnel.

Warehouse Key Functions:

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments, verifying their contents against purchase orders or invoices.
• Organize and stock products in designated warehouse locations to ensure efficient storage and easy accessibility.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Utilize warehouse management systems and equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) to perform daily tasks safely and efficiently.
• Perform regular inventory counts and update records to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Assist with on-site customers with product information, ordering, and warranty.
• Pickup product from local suppliers.
• Assist the Office Team with all aspects of the merchandise when necessary.
• Comply with safety and security guidelines, promoting a safe working environment for all team members.
• Assemble products for custom orders.
• Assist in other company tasks as needed to support the overall operations of the company.

Qualifications:

• Physical ability to lift heavy objects (50 pounds), stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
• Current Driver's License required.
• Competent computer skills with experience in basic software applications and email etiquette.
• Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment and operations is a plus (forklift operation, order picking systems, etc.).
• Shipping software experience preferred, but not required.
• Basic electrical knowledge preferred, but not required.
• Small engine experience and knowledge preferred, but not required.

Work Schedule: M-F 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM (Part-Time Flexible)

Hours per Week: 40 (Full-Time) TBD (Part-Time *Mornings Preferred)

Wage/Salary: $18.00 - $20.00/hr DOE
