Salary: $28 - $40/hour $7,000 sign-on bonus
Rates of pay based on experience, shift differentials, weekend differentials, full-time, part-time, or per diem pay will be added to base pay.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Shift Type: Baylor Bonus position Saturday/Sunday only 12-hour shifts 7 am to 7 pm or 7 pm to 7 am.
As a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Green Mountain Nursing and Rehab, your primary role is to
- This position is responsible for the direct nursing care of residents which includes planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the care of residents to ensure that the highest degree of quality care and regulatory compliance is always maintained
- Direct and monitor the personal care duties and nursing care procedures carried out by Nursing Assistants of the assigned team
- Assist Nursing Assistants with direct care of residents, as necessary
- Monitor symptoms, changes of condition, daily needs, and progress of residents
- Follow the Plan of Care for each resident, and monitor the performance of Nursing Assistants in the implementation of the care plan
