At Birchwood Cottages, you will not only build relationships and create memories, but you will be in an environment that empowers, supports, and provides you with the tools to be successful. As a Home Health Aide in Memory Care, you will provide personalized care to our residents who are living with dementia or other memory impairments. You will work closely with our nursing staff to ensure that our residents receive the highest quality care possible. Your duties will include:

• Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Administering medication and monitoring residents' health
• Providing companionship and socialization to residents
• Maintaining a clean and safe living environment

We will be conducting walk-in interviews for this position on a rolling basis - stop on by if interested!

Our ideal candidate will have:

• A compassionate and patient demeanor
• Experience providing care to seniors, either in a professional or personal setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations

Experience as a Home Health Aide, Resident Assistant, Certified Nursing Assistant, Personal Care Attendant preferred. No Experience? We will train you!

Shifts Available:

• Day Shift: 6:30am-2:30pm
• Evening Shift: 2:30pm-10:30pm
• Overnight Shift: 10:30pm-6:30am
• Full or Part-time
• Every other weekend and holiday

Compensation:

• Starting wage based on your experience!
• Generous differential for PM shift in addition to differentials for overnights, and all weekend shifts
