Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a dental assisting program is preferred
- Proven experience as a dental assistant, preferably in a pediatric dental setting
- Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology, specifically related to pediatric dentistry
- Familiarity with dental instruments and equipment, and the ability to handle them safely and effectively
- Basic understanding of dental radiography techniques and radiation safety measures
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in interacting with children and parents

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while ensuring patient comfort and safety
- Proficiency in using dental software and computer applications for record-keeping and scheduling
- CPR certification is desirable
