Job description

Birch Agency has immediate job opportunities for Special Education Teachers who are seeking employment in the Rock Hill, York, Fort Mill, and (or) surrounding regions of South Carolina. These ESE positions for are full-time (40-hours/per week) and for the remainder of the current school year.
Education and License Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in special education, or education.
• Special Education endorsement (Exceptional Student Education)
• South Carolina Professional Educator's license (SCBOE)

Elementary caseload include:

• Elementary age students in a self-contained with moderate intellectual disabilities (ID)
• Elementary school setting with high functioning Autism students.

Middle school caseloads include:

• Middle school students in a self-contained classroom with severe intellectual (ID) disabilities.
• Middle-level kiddos in a self-contained environment with emotional and behavioral (EMD) needs.

High School caseload include:

• Resource high school teacher
