We are currently seeking a Director of IT for Warehouse and Supply Chain to join our team of outstanding employees!

**POSITION OVERVIEW**

The Director of Warehouse and Supply chain will be responsible for operational strategy and execution for business process and technology, within the warehouse and supply chain. This role will be responsible for leading operational efficiency improvements and automations to achieve world-class operational efficiencies and to meet corporate objectives.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

**Required**

* 8 years of work experience in operational efficiency and automation in warehouse operations and supply chain.

* Expert level experience with sales, purchasing, manufacturing, and inventory processes.

* Expert level expertise with business process design and refinement.

* 3 years managing business process analysts and efficiency experts.

* Supply chain, warehouse, and manufacturing experience in both D2C and B2B industries.

* Industry experience in consumer goods, i.e. Apparel, Backpacks, Headwear, Accessories, or other similar business experience with multiple product variants.

* Expert level experience with functional design, configuration and process alignment with a detailed understanding of ERP concepts.

* Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, solutioning, testing, and training.

* Thorough understanding of ERP processes and best practices.

* Advanced background in Supply chain related fundamentals, knowledge, and skills.

* Experience with Business Intelligence, specifically operational performance metrics.

* Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

* Ability to juggle multiple high priority initiatives.

* Sense of urgency and ability to effectively prioritize.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Team-oriented and self-motivated.

* Demonstrated project management skills.

* Direct-to-Garment / Print on Demand industry experience.

* Six Sigma and/or APICs certifications.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO**

* Establish the vision and strategy for implementing operational efficiencies and automation for the warehouse and supply chain.

* Ensure successful delivery of warehouse and supply chain projects, providing business value, streamlined processes, and efficiencies, specifically for sales, demand planning, purchasing, contract print, receiving, inventory, DTG printing, picking, and shipping.

* Evaluate and make recommendations on streamlined processes w efficiencies, particularly in order fulfillment processes, such as picking, packing, and shipping. Business and technical requirements analysis, solutioning, testing, and training.

* Design new processes to support supply chain, inventory, and warehouse optimizations.

* Coordinate with team members and stakeholders on supporting, solutioning, and implementing supply chain initiatives for efficiencies and streamlined processes.

* Establish quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards by which the companys operational efficiency and effectiveness can be evaluated.

* Identify opportunities for improvement of operational efficiencies and automation.

* Perform functional testing and facilitate user acceptance testing and training. Support inventory processes including cycle counting and physical inventories.

* Perform time studies with efficiencies and streamlined processes in mind.

* Coordinate cross-functionally with the various business units, both Accounting and Operations.

* Communicate regularly with business stakeholders.

* Work on site at the Irving TX warehouse up to 50% of the time. Occasional second or third shift work may be required.

**EDUCATION REQUIREMENT**

Bachelors degree in the field of business administration, supply chain, operations, or management information systems and/or 3 years related work experience.

**BUSINESS HOURS**

Warehouse Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:30pm Central
