Position Summary
The Director of Health Economics will take a leading role in creating a health economic publication portfolio for BioTissue’s products and developing a framework BioTissue’s next-generation biologics program. The incumbent will expand and lead the execution of real world evidence collection, analysis, and dissemination that aligns with the Company’s short- and long-term strategies. Reporting to the Vice President, this position requires strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional colleagues.

The successful candidate will have prior direct experience developing and executing strategies to identify and manage the creation and dissemination of real-world evidence, either at the Manager or Director level.

Position Expertise/Qualifications
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of direct relevant experience (health economics or real-world evidence generation) in roles of increasing responsibility. Experience collecting de-identified patient-level data and working with internal stakeholders to analyze and publish outcomes is required. An advanced degree (Masters or higher) related to health economics is not required but is desired.
