Piper Companies is currently searching for an experienced Clinical Research Site Director in Atlanta, GA . The Clinical Research Site Director will join a global company dedicated to facilitating clinical trials and clinical research for the pharmaceutical, medical device and biotechnology industries. The Clinical Research Site Director will oversee all site activities in Atlanta, GA.
Responsibilities for the Clinical Research Site Director include:
•Oversee clinical and non-clinical site activities including site assessments, pre-trial assessments, site initiation, subject recruitment and retention, monitoring, and close-out visits
•Manage site financials including budgets and clinical trial costs
•Performance reviews and training and development of site staff
•Ensure site goals including enrollment, monitoring activities, protocol, timelines and compliance are met
Qualifications for the Clinical Research Site Director include:
•6 years of experience managing clinical trials/site operations
•3 years of direct people management experience
•Strong communication and multi-tasking skills
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent/relevant experience
Compensation for the Clinical Research Site Director include:
•Salary Range: $115,000/year - $135,000/year base salary (dependent on experience) annual bonus
