Due to growth and making investments into this technology-driven department, a stable employer is seeking a Supply Chain Systems Analystto work within a team oriented environment. The Supply Chain Systems Analystwill be responsible for the following duties:
- Provide ERP system support to supply chain and inventory users, which includes resolving technical and data issues, training, transaction issues and setting up new users
- Work to become the in-house Master Data expert; provide data governance and ensure data integrity by helping coordinate data management efforts
- Work to improve data management processes, including troubleshooting current processes
- Assist with new site implementations of business systems, such as ERP, WMS and other enterprise applications
- Eventually develop and participate in a master data team
- Complete day-to-day review of work orders
- Other duties as directed by management
Candidates are required to be able to work well under pressure, enjoy partnering with system users, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be detail oriented and have excellent problem solving skills. Individuals should be excellent communicators. This position requires candidates to work on site four days per week. REQUIREMENTS for the Supply Chain Systems Analyst:
1. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required
2. At least 2-3 years in an inventory, materials and/or supply chain related position
3. Experience working in manufacturing and/or warehousing environments
4. Experience working with ERP and/or WMS systems; power users are preferred
5. Working knowledge of logistics, supply chain, inventory and/or materials
6. Strong with systems and technology
7. Microsoft Office, including MS Excel skills
Skills preferred, but NOT required:
1. ERP and/or WMS implementations
2. SQL queries
3. Power BI
4. Formal root cause analysis skill sets
