What You Will Do

We are looking for a remote Project Coordinator based in the US or UK/EU to join Biosero’s Project Management Office (PMO). This role is an opportunity to work with an extremely talented, fun, and passionate team to deliver laboratory automation solutions. The Project Coordinator works closely with the account management, software, integrations, engineering, and technical training teams. They must love working in a fast-paced environment, have an eye for details, and possess superior problem-solving skills. Our team is on a mission to enable discoveries in life science by coupling our software platforms with data and robotics. Our customers are excited to work with us because our team is creative and dedicated to ensuring their success with laboratory automation. 

REMOTE ROLE

Responsibilities:

This role will be responsible for coordinating activities within the PMO, Software, and Technical Training departments as outlined below.

• PMO:
  • Intake new customer sales orders and work with the Manager, PMO to assign new projects to Project Managers (PMs).
  • Assist PMs with processing project change orders.
  • Perform project closure activities including informing internal teams of project closure, ensuring all required documentation is completed, and notifying customers of project closure.
  • Facilitate recurring PMO meetings by recording notes, tracking action items, and escalating concerns to management as needed.
  • Contribute to the creation and updating of PMO documentation (e.g. quality procedures, work instructions).

• Software:
  • Oversee software-only order deliveries directly to customers including software licenses and instrument drivers.
  • Maintain driver development backlog by gathering input from PMs on driver development tasks, collating required artifacts (e.g. API documents, use cases, requirements), collaborating with the Product Owner to align on priorities, and unblocking driver development tasks.

• Technical Training:
  • Coordinate the Biosero Acceleration Lab and technical training program including corresponding with all individuals interested in registering for Biosero training, scheduling users for Biosero training sessions, sending follow-up emails to Biosero training attendees, maintaining the database of trained users in Biosero’s CRM, and scheduling visitors for the Biosero Acceleration Lab demos.

Qualifications 

• Associate degree, or equivalent experience
• 3 years of coordinator experience
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to lead meetings and teams of people
• Ability to follow through on tasks assigned, follow up with team members, and follow processes
• Ability to balance competing priorities and escalate issues to management as needed
• Proficient in MS Office tools: Word, Teams, Excel, and SharePoint
• Experience using additional project management tools such as MS Project, Jira and Confluence, SmartSheet, and ClickUp is preferred 

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range is $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include 401K with company match, Flexible Vacation Policy, Health Benefits, Investment in Professional and Personal Development, and much more.
