- Definesprogramsandactionstoimprovemanufacturingprocessestoreducelead-time,toremovecriticalbottlenecksandtoreducewasteswithappropriatetools (VSM…).
- Analyzescontinuouslytheprocesses,identifiesdeviationsversusstandards,evolutionneedsandproposesremediationactionsaccordingly.
- Ensuresthatcontrolchartsandkeymetrics(OEE,yield,scraps,…)aredeployedandmaintainedforthesiteandallworkstations.
- Infuses a continuous improvement culture through training, coaching, culture change and implementation of dedicated shop floor events with the appropriate tools (5S, SMED, TPM, 6 Sigma …).
- DeploysandsharesgoodpracticesamongtheCIcommunity,assistsothersiteswhennecessary,andorganizes/participatestobenchmarkevents.
- Bachelor’s Degreewith3 yearsofexperienceinperformanceimprovement(Lean,Kaizen,problemsolving methodology and tools) and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt education (or at least a Green Belt)
