Job Title: Senior Developer

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Developer to join our team, focusing on the seamless transition of data from legacy systems into our new system environment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in C#, PL/SQL (Oracle), and Control-M, with a strong understanding of file transfer protocols and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain batch files/scripts to extract data from legacy systems.
• Transform and manipulate data as necessary to ensure compatibility with the new system.
• Implement secure and efficient file transfer processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address data transfer requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to file transfers and data integrity.
• Optimize file transfer workflows to enhance efficiency and reliability.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in C# for scripting and automation tasks.
• Extensive experience with PL/SQL, particularly in Oracle environments.
• Familiarity with Control-M or similar workload automation tools.
• Strong understanding of file transfer protocols (e.g., FTP, SFTP, HTTP, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Prior experience in data migration projects is a plus.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in software development and file transfer operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $52.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• PL SQL ORACLE /C#: 6 years (Preferred)
• Control-M and file transfer: 6 years (Preferred)
