We are hiring a Painters, Construction, and Maintenance for one of our clients in Fort Lauderdale, FL .

Job Description :

• Report to work on time, meet with maintenance supervisor to discuss projects for the day.
• Perform all assigned work in a timely manner and close out work orders.
• Respond to facilities managers and supervisors with any emergencies that may arise during their normal shift.

Skill required :

• Primary skill must be proficient in drywall patching and painting (75% of their work will be painting They will be required to perform general maintenance work (20%) and other duties assigned (5%).
• Trade education a plus. Experience should be a minimum of 5 years.

Work hours :

• Working hours : Monday- Friday; 2 pm 10 : 30 pm
• CLP - : 6 PM to 7 PM
