Job Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end process of preparing and delivering quotations.
• Work closely with various departments to gather product/service details for accurate quoting.
• Maintain documentation of quotes and pricing and update as needed.
• Communicate with clients to clarify requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Address inquiries and provide support to ensure timely and accurate quotations.
• Streamline and improve the efficiency of the quotation process.

Required Skills and Experience

• Master or PhD in Bioscience related field.
• Preferred background in immuno-oncology, pharmacology, or related scientific discipline to facilitate understanding of complex product/service details.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages to facilitate effective communication with a diverse client base.
• Proven experience in a business support or coordination role, preferably in a field related to immuno-oncology or pharmacology.
• Familiarity with quotation processes, pricing strategies, and market dynamics.
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in quotations and documentation.
• Ability to understand and articulate complex scientific information related to immune-oncology or pharmacology.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for quotations.
• Proven teamwork and interpersonal skills.
