As part of the Global IT Team, this position will work with key business users to support the S&OP Process, with emphasis on Supply Planning, using SAP and Kinaxis RapidResponse. The candidate must have strong business knowledge of Supply planning, the ability to be hands-on, and a desire to "dive into the details."

How You'll Make an Impact:

• This role will focus on the technology supporting the Sales & Operation Planning (S&OP) process. This process includes Supply Planning & Supply Execution, distribution requirements planning, inventory management, Constraint Based Planning, S&OP meeting analytics, and capacity evaluations.
• Serve as a lead solution architect of technology supporting our Supply Planning, Demand Planning, and Sales and Operations Planning organizations. Technology in scope includes Kinaxis RapidResponse, and SAP, as well as integrations with a Data Lake.
• Deliver technology solutions referenced above, with expected activities ranging from requirements gathering, design, development, testing, training, data migration, process documentation, and more.
• Analyze current systems, facilitate workshops, map end to end business processes and recommend improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate and communicate with all stakeholders include business leaders, Bio-Rad IT, External IT consulting partners, end users, technical developers, and others.
• Deliver impactful presentations and influence audiences

What You Bring:

• Education: Masters or Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Engineering, or equivalent. APICS, CPIM or CSCP and or an MBA a strong plus.
• Work Experience: Five (5) or more years direct experience in supporting Demand and Supply Planning functions.
• Strong System Implementation experience of Supply planning in SAP APO,Kinaxis-RR, SAP IBP, O9, or other equivalent products.
• Relevant Life Science Industry experience, including SOX and GxP is highly desired

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $104,100 to $179,100 at the time of posting. This range is inclusive of all geographic locations within the United States*. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of an offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.

* Minimum reflects our lowest paying locations, and the top end reflects our highest paying locations. The range in your geographic location will vary but will be within the indicated range.
