As a Global Supply Chain Production Chemist, you will participate in the production of Flow Cytometry and Western Blot base polymers, fluroscent polymers, and / or polymers dot for conjugation.

These polymers will be conjugated to different antibody and used in different research labs and healthcare industries. Each process is unique and required attention to details.

You will build a deep understanding on the polymer and polymer dot production process, and as part of the production process, follow the guideline of safety policy, the environmental, and OSHA regulations.

You will maintain a set of up-to-date of and accurate documents and inventory. You will also involve in the various trouble shooting processes and improvement processes.

How You'll Make An Impact :

• Master the equipment applications and be able to raise any faulty behavior of the equipment.
• Share your observations and improvement ideas to the team and management.
• Work with the team to make the work flow effective.
• Utilize GMP, good documentation skills, and attend to details.

What You Bring :

• Education : Bachelor's degree or equivalent in chemistry or related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
• Work Experience : 4-7 years working in a general manufacturing environment formulating products in the areas of biological sciences, life sciences.
• Working knowledge of and application of principles, theories, and practices of the chemist profession.
• Good skills in GMP, GLP and have good organization, communication, multitasking, and computer skills.
• Experience in writing SOP, Working Instruction, generating reports and trending data.

Compensation : The estimated base salary range for this position is $73,400 to $101,000 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors.

This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
