Operates mixing machine to blend ingredients into compounds for processing.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Follows work instructions WI 001 Granulation Procedure and WI 002 Cleaning procedure for granulation room and equipment
• Locates weighed materials to be processes and moves material to work area
• Checks name, code and lot number of each material against the worksheet to verify the correctness
• Maintains appropriate material/product identification during processing to prevent mix-up
• Performs require additional process(es): spreading granulated material on trays for drying in tunnel, screening, or pulverizing
• Weighs completed blended material and records information
• Moves completed order to appropriate designated staging area for further processing
• Cleans machines, utensils and work are at the end of the order
• Documents cleaning performed in the logbook
• Follows company policies and safety guidelines and procedures
• Establishes good communication lines with supervisors and coworkers to ensure high productivity, product quality and regulatory compliance

As necessary, performs other related functions of which the above are representative

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.78 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
