WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to navigate a desktop computer and multi-line phone
• Knowledge of healthcare payers and MI collection laws preferred 
• Knowledge of insurance eligibility preferred 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: 

• Resolve all past due customer balances
• Answer customer calls and assist with questions about their statements
• Data entry (updating customer information, documenting customer inquiries) 
• Follow up on accounts where payment has not been received 
• Obtain written orders from physician and verify insurance 

LOCATION & SCHEDULE:

• 26834 Lawrence Ave. Center Line, MI
• Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

REMOTE/HYBRID TERMS:

• Must train on-site
• Hybrid, remote, and flex schedule options available after training
