Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Stocking Associate to join our team. As a Stocking Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring that our shelves are properly stocked and organized. Your primary goal will be to provide excellent customer service by maintaining a clean and well-stocked store.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and organize merchandise deliveries
- Stock shelves with products, ensuring proper placement and organization
- Rotate products to ensure freshness and minimize waste
- Assist customers with locating items and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store, including aisles, shelves, and storage areas
- Operate equipment such as a dolly cart to move merchandise as needed
- Assist with inventory management, including conducting regular stock checks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations
-This job involves lifting of cases up to 50lbs, regularly
Experience:
- Previous experience in a hospitality, customer service, or retail environment is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Wine, beer, and/or spirits knowledge is a plus
- Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
