Position Summary:

This position manages all tasks and needs for all Sales Center operations for deployment. Assist with local hiring process to ensure team is staffed prior to go live date.Train and coach on processes OSL, SCL, Etc. Work with DE and local team on RSP, IBP, and Large Format on route building and health.Travel for each project in advance as well as at Go Live.

The Sales Operations position will work with local teams and deployment team to follow detailed project plans, participate in planning sessions, and establish tasks and due dates. The person filling this role must be a highly motivated individual who leads with behaviors that encourage innovation, change, and teamwork.

Key Job Responsibilities:How is this different than the others?

  • Manage overall deployment schedule and task lists for all sales operations
  • Develop location specific deployment schedules and align with local teams.
  • Participate in location specific weekly meetings to ensure playbook tasks are completed on time.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation plans against them.
  • Partner with local Sales and Supply Chain leads, other functional support, and deployment team

Position Requirements:

Key Behavioral Competencies:

  • Must have the ability and experience to act as "influencer" to frontline, sales leadership and insight stakeholders, with and independent from sales, marketing, customer or supply chain team partners.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including a positive "team-player" attitude -- within the department and outside.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and can interact at all levels of the organization
  • Expert knowledge of BBU ordering and operational systems is a plus
  • Understanding of the BBU sales frontline and other DSDE roles a plus.
  • Strong capabilities with creating effective presentations, presenting technical and complex concepts and solutions to a non-technical audience, and using remote as well as in person communication and presentation tools.

Education and Work History:

Bachelor's level degree required. A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted.

Ideal candidate will possess:

  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, business process analysis, distribution, training, or sales enablement role.
  • Computer skills and proficiency, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word is required, as well as proficiency with data analysis and dash boarding tools as well as training material creation such as video capture.
