Position Description:
This role is critical in the ongoing digital evolution and sustainability as the business leverages digital technology resources to optimize manufacturing operations. This position will directly support BBU Bakery Operations and report to the Manager of Digital Manufacturing.
This position will work with local teams and deployment teams to follow detailed project plans, participate in planning sessions, and establish tasks and due dates. The person filling this role must be a highly motivated individual who leads with behaviors that encourage innovation, change, and teamwork.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Functional Oracle Cloud (O-Cloud) Manufacturing implementation execution support
- End user support for implementation between O-Cloud and shop-floor systems
- MIPS OCloud Manufacturing rollout
- MIPS OCloud WMS rollout
- MIPS OCloud Supply Planning rollout
- Functional Manufacturing Integrated Production System (MIPS) support for BBU Operations
- BBU design, testing, and implementation support of new MIPS functionality
- BBU User training and support
- MIPS rules and procedures documentation
- Manufacturing Supply Chain Internal Control Policies, Procedures and Self Assessments
- Supports ongoing alignment with GB Global Model
- Establish a positive relationship with production facilities and corporate cross-functional teams to be a valued resource for ad hoc analysis and project work

Position Requirements:

Position Requirements:
- BS degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or Business-related degree
- 5-7 years' experience required in baking industry operations (3 years of this experience preferred as a Production Supervisor)
- MIPS application experience and knowledge required
- Oracle application experience and knowledge (preferred)
- English and Spanish Language (preferred)
- Project Management experience (preferred)
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
