• Report Support including, Weekly QFS Status Update, Monthly Food Safety Incident Reporting, and collection of bakery FSIRs, Monthly Bakery Contact Directory Update
• Contact Organic and Non-GMO Project certification bodies including reviewing and submitting New applications, Annual renewal applications, New product/reformulations, Updated packaging, New ingredient/suppliers’ submission. Maintaining Organic/Non-GMO Project SharePoint site. Provide pre-audit review and national training as necessary, support during audit as needed. Keeping up to date on the NOP’s and Non-GMO Project regulation changes
• Provide pre-audit review and national training as necessary with the bakeries, support during audit as needed. Keeping up to date on the NOP’s and Non-GMO Project regulation changes
• Scoring Support including providing scoring assistance when needed (Scoring, reports, set up, etc.) and maintaining scoring dashboards monthly.
• Overseeing all Quality Scoring Specs- Update quality specifications based on R&D changes, Informing corporate and RQC of R&D specification changes
• Customer Support including- Requests for Questionnaires, Bakery Questionnaires, and Maintaining Customer Support SharePoint site
• Bakery Questionnaires, and Maintaining Customer Support SharePoint site
• Updating EMSL COCs for all BBU bakeries– Monthly
• Back up for Product Scorer
• Back up for all the Weekly Reports (Weekly Foreign Material Report, Weekly Mold/Odor Report, Weekly Old Dough Report)
• Special Projects as needed

Position Requirements:

• Organized, comfortable following rigid procedures, disciplined to follow schedules.
• Ability to follow up, address problems/issues on time
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work well with others in a team environment

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or Biology.
• At least 2-4 years in a food manufacturing environment.
• Excellent computer skills or better in Microsoft excel, power point, word, SharePoint and Outlook.
