What You Will Be Doing:

• Lead a transformational journey by inspiring frontline teams and Independent Business Partners to embrace our bold vision for growth.
• Joining a dynamic team to drive strategic conversations with business partners, uncovering business opportunities, and strategizing for success on a quarterly basis.
• Be at the forefront of our mission to ensure zero workplace injuries by actively engaging in safety and spearheading impactful safety awareness programs.
• Lead team dedicated to achieving outstanding results. Create strategic plans that outperform sales targets by driving growth within our existing accounts and expanding our business through new customer relationships.
• Be the data-driven catalyst in our sales force, using cutting-edge tools to empower our frontline professionals with valuable insights, and lead our growth journey by strategically acquiring new points of sale from enthusiastic customers.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred – High School diploma required.
• A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 3-5 years of related experience in customer relations or sales.
• At least 6 months experience leading and influencing others. A combination of education, training, and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted.
• Computer skills and proficiency, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word are required.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical card
