Biltmore Family Office, LLC is Hiring a Data Analyst Near Charlotte, NC
The ideal candidate will use their ETL experience and analytics to provide support to our data operations team to streamline the input from multiple sources into portfolio reporting and CRM systems and facilitate output to client reporting. This includes the input of valuation and money movement data. Ideally, they should be able to create error checking through either data analytics, Excel, or AI. Current tech stack includes Addepar reporting (R), Salesforce CRM, and Office365. You will have the ability to learn investing across multiple LP asset classes, performance calculations, hedge funds and private equity structures, as well as public company reporting.
Responsibilities
- ETL Data organization and data input
- Assist in reporting output through Addepar
- Error and consistency checking
- CRM Workflow development
- Develop clear visualizations to convey complicated data in a straightforward fashion
Qualifications
- Coursework to include Statistics, Computer Science or Applied Mathematics or equivalent experience
- Preferable proficiency in R, Python, and Salesforce
- A commitment to onsite teamwork, collaboration, and meeting deadlines through time management & efficiency
