Job Description
Our wealth management client has an opening for a part-time Senior Accountant. The ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online, and some tax software experience.
The successful candidate will manage relationships with our clients, a significant portion of which are business owners. Duties include but are not limited to:
- · Relationship management
- · Producing monthly, quarterly, and annual financials
- Monthly closing of client books
- · Liaison between the firm and clients
- · Have experience with a variety of returns including 1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065, 1041 and others
Requirements
- · Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- · 3 years of 1040, 1120S, 1065
- · Technology proficiency
- · Experience with data input of personal and business returns
- · Communication is key!
- · Willingness to grow and be flexible
- · Forward leaning and cheerful outlook is a must!
- · Client is willing to train the ideal candidate.
