Biltmore Country Club located in Barrington Illinois is looking for bartenders to cover the beach house bar. Experience is great but we will also train for success.

We are looking for Bartenders to make drinks and take care of any needs from members/guests at the bar.

The right Bartender uplifts the beach experience for our members and guests. We are looking for someone who will have the patience, personality and perseverance to thrive in this role.

Bartender responsibilities include maintaining a clean and stocked bar, providing detailed information on what drink options are available, efficiently get drinks out to members, multi-tasking various other duties. If you are able to perform well in fast-paced environments, we'd like to meet you. To be a successful Bartender, you should be polite with our members and their guests and make sure they enjoy their experience. You should also be a team player and be able to effectively communicate with our Beach & Pool Team.

Ultimately, it is the duty of our Bartender to provide an excellent overall experience for our members/guests.

Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour (Biltmore is a no-tip club)
