We are a locally owned veterinary practice in Great Barrington, MA 01230. We are fast-paced, engaging, and rewarding.

Bilmar is still seeking a part-time Veterinary Receptionist. This client service representative will assist in greeting clients/patients, answering phone calls, responding to emails, scheduling appointments, invoicing and payment processing, maintaining electronic medical records, over-the-counter sales, and clinic upkeep.

This position is 20-25 hours per week. The shifts are Friday 8-5, Saturday 8-12 (noon), and Monday 8-5. Please only apply if you are available these days. This is a new job posting please re-apply if you are interested in this new opportunity.
