Automotive Asst Service Manager

Overview

Billy Wood Honda is seeking a full time Automotive Asst Service Manager. Progressive dealership is looking for an out-going specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities

*Work directly with our employees to provide fair, fast and professional service to our customers, striving to develop long term relationships. The right candidate will be a team builder who enjoys seeing things prosper.

*Help manage all other aspects of the service department.

*Recruit and train service personal.

*Insure employees complete required factory training.

*Work well with factory representatives.

Qualifications

*At least one year automotive service manager experience required.

*Proficient at operating a personal computer

*Ability to work independently and motivate others.

*Professional appearance and work ethic.

*A passion to serve the customer to the upmost of your ability.

*Strong communications skills both oral and written

*Dealertrack experience a plus

*Honda experience preferred
