Billy Sunday is seeking an experienced bartender to join our team. Looking for service-oriented individuals with strong cocktail background and the ability to do detailed work in a high volume environment. Strong beverage background and superb hospitality skills required. Excited to work as part of a team and to learn about amaro and vintage spirits. 3-4 shifts per week.
Duties include:• Able to give genuine and impeccable hospitality to all guests
• Excited and willing to learn about amaro/vintage spirits
• Attention to detail
• Familiarize with all house spirits
• Interest in craft cocktailing/ creation experience
• Open and close the bar--thoroughly cleaning each closing shift• Restock the bar as needed• Communicate when items are low/need restocking• Service procedures• Spirits knowledge
• Beer knowledge• Wine knowledge• Food and beverage pairing knowledge• Glassware knowledge• Inventory• Can lift up to 50 lbs• ServSafe and Basset certified
Requirements:
• 2 years working in high volume craft cocktail bars• Passionate about hospitality, craft cocktails and spirits• Eager to learn• Willing to work late nights• BASSET and ServSafe certified
