Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. We would love to see some retired applicants or students, as we can be somewhat flexible with the schedule. It is a position that could work into full-time.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Assist customers with product selection and coordinating pieces
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of financing options and special promotions
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and stocked
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any restocking needs to the management team
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and satisfactory manner

Experience:
- Previous retail sales experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (Bilingual skills are a plus)
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Familiarity with retail math concepts (e.g., calculating discounts, profit margins) is advantageous
- Ability to sell products based on customer needs and preferences
- Experience in technical sales is beneficial
