Billion Automotive is seeking a full-time Warranty Administrator/Payroll Assistant to join the service team!

ESSENTAIL DUTIES:

• Process all warranty paperwork
• Reconciles warranty receivables with payments
• Posts credits on computer
• Resubmits rejected claims promptly or receives authorization to write off
• Follows up on payment of outstanding claims
• Files/maintains all service records required by the warrantor
• Other Duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid driver’s license/clean driving record
• Relevant work experience that can be applied to duties of this position
