Director of Finance

Responsible to provide theleadership and direction for the financial services of Sheridan MemorialHospital Association (SMHA). Ensures thedelivery of quality, cost-effective health care services in line with themission, vision, values, and goals of SMHA. Accountabilities areas include finance, revenue cycle, payroll, andsupply chain operations. Responsible forprogram/business development, quality of services, short- and long-rangeplanning directly related to these areas, achievement of goals and objectives,fiscal control, and responsibility to manage revenue and costs,interdepartmental and intradepartmental relations, and personnel management.
Hours:

• Full-time position. 40 hours/week. 1.00 FTE. Monday-Friday. Benefit Eligible.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’sDegree in Accounting or Finance Required
• Master’sDegree in Business or Health Care Administration and/or Certified PublicAccountant Preferred
• Minimum3-5 years of management/leadership experience, preferably in a integratedhealth care delivery system related to the above tasks, knowledge, skills andabilities.
• CurrentMontana driver’s license and the ability to be insured to operated SMHA’svehicles
• Oran equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered as itrelates to the above

Compensation:

• $37.32-$50.09 per hour/commensurate with experience
