Position Summary:
The Office Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and efficiently. This individual will be responsible for managing administrative staff, overseeing daily administrative activities, and ensuring a professional work environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee general office operation, including managing office supplies, maintaining office equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
-Coordinate office administration tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing company events.
-Handle basic HR duties, such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and assisting with payroll processing.
-Serve as the point of contact for facility management, vendors, and maintenance issues.
-Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately.
-Assist with budget management, including tracking expenses and making cost-effective decisions for office needs.
-Provide executive support to senior management, including document preparation and travel arrangements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an office management role, preferably in a fitness or health-related industry.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on professionalism and teamwork.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with office management software.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
