Our dedicated, hardworking staff services all of Arizona, parts of Nevada and California, and now including New Mexico. Our team works with our patients to establish a trusted relationship for care continuum.

The right candidate will be able to:

Play as a liaison between new patients and current field staff in a fast paced environment. This specific position would assist our Intake department with Home Health referrals as they come in from across our cities. The staffing team plays match maker between patients and field staff to ensure the best possible care; once patients are paired with their necessary field staff this team works to update the patients chart and works on the back side to ensure continuity of care.

Additionally:

Accept Home Health referrals as they come in from across our cities. Verify insurances, patient eligibility, patient demographics. Constant communication with providers, hospitals, patients, marketers, family members,.

Qualifications:

• Medical terminology preferred
• Data entry skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Communication Skills vital
• Know-how to multi-task
• Customer service skills
