Follow up with sold customers and previous customers to meet monthly sales goals. Provide outstanding customer service
Complete orders for customers and service technicians. Study catalogs, review price sheets, bulletins when ordering parts. Professionally answer questions regarding products, prices, availability and product features
Inspect and diagnose vehicles. Perform maintenance and repair vehicle automotive systems including electrical, braking, steering, suspension, engine. transmission, air conditioning, etc. Explain required repairs in an easy and understandable way to service advisors. Provide time and labor estimates. Continue to expand your knowledge of new and changing technical information and technology.
Act as a liason between company and customers answering incoming telephone calls. Meet quotas assigned by manager. Follow up with internet leads and previous sales and service customers for service appointments
Assist with daily needs pertaining to lot management. Wash and Clean vehicles. Stock Vehicles. Drive vehicles on and off lot. Cleaning and general maintenance of lot
Perform mechanical and general appearance reconditioning of vehicles. Identify and determine parts required for repair or disassembled units. Road test vehicles when necessary. Learn and understand federal, state, and local regulations such as the disposal of hazardous waste
