Job Summary:
Bill Pearce Motors is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Porsche Certified Technician to join our team in Reno, Nevada. As a Full Time - Flat rate Technician, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of automotive maintenance and repair services on Porsche vehicles. This individual contributor role requires someone with a strong work ethic, excellent technical skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality service to our customers.
Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position is based on experience, paid biweekly. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and ongoing training and development opportunities.
Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance services on Porsche vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
• Diagnose and repair complex issues with Porsche vehicles, such as engine and transmission problems
• Use diagnostic equipment and tools to accurately assess and troubleshoot vehicle issues
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance services performed
• Communicate effectively with customers and provide exceptional customer service
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Porsche Certified Technician
• Must be certified by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE)
• Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
